Today I only went here because I was new In town and had nowhere else to go. In the beginning they was nice but once it was time to pay the lady In the glasses was very nasty to me! And she overcharged me very bad but had the nerve to make me give her a tip! When I kindly gave it to her she had the nerve to tell me that the next time that I come back i better tip her “MORE” . In a confrontational tone. Who was she talking to? As if I would ever go somewhere so unprofessional again! They have probably the worst customer service I have seen In my life! After my mom left she was talking about her how she wouldn’t tip them the other nail tech when my mom was actually planning to come back and tip 10 dollars but didn’t after I told her what happened. She said that she spent 2 hours on my nails when she got paid even more than she was supposed to because I know she ripped me off.. why is that my problem!?? It’s your job booboo if you don’t like it than quit and grow up! She’s very lucky that it was me that she was talking to because if it was anybody else it would of been crazy’ ! She charged me 70+ dollars just for basic simple acrylic set but got mad when I only tipped her 5! Worse nail experience ever!

They definitely do you rip you off,I had a very bad experience with them. They overcharged me . My total should have been 35$ buy I paid 90$ and on top of that they were asking for tip. My nails didn’t even stay good. It was a total rip off.

I had my nails done recently and love Pink Nails. They do a good job and the place is very clean and hygenic. The salon has no smell of acrylic and other chemicals which is good for my lungs. I have been to other salons in town but keep coming back to Pink nails. They are not rude and focus heavily on customer service. One of the ladies does really good work with gel manicure and nail filling.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDon’t waste your time going here!! I went with my mom and we’re usually not picky or particular about our nails but this was just unacceptable especially for the price. We didn’t even have the option to decide If we could get Acrylic tips, even though they had them they started putting silk tips on our nails and went on and on about how acrylics are horrible and cheap. The girls kept switching while doing our nails, the process took 3 HOURS and costed us about $200. I wouldn’t mind paying that if the nails looked nice or they listened to what we didn’t like (duckbill nails). The girl cut 2 of my fingers by the nail and CONTINUED filing even though it hurt so bad and even got blood on the file! I also felt uncomfortable being pressured to spend more money the whole time. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had.Don’t waste your time going here!!
