I have been coming here for a few years after leaving a much more expensive place. My nails have gotten stronger and healthier because of their qualified nail techs. Best cuticle work! And so accommodating if I chip a nail after a few days. They always get me in and fix it no charge. I would go nowhere else and highly recommend them!

I have been to many nail salons where the people have got me in, provide the service(s), and they got me in and out. I wanted to find a place where I felt comfortable and welcome. A place where I can come to over and over for my own self care and maybe even learn my name. I found that perfect place at Pink Nails. The staff there is wonderful. I was surprised that after a few times of coming they learned my name. They care to get to know you as a person as well as what you like as their customer. They work very hard at giving the best customer service. I truly enjoy the time I spend when I come here. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do, I go to Pink Nails to see Sun and Ken. Almost every time I’ve gone, Ken has done my nails, and he does an amazing job. He is very keen on getting my cuticles as clean as physically possible and gets the polish down as close to the cuticle as he can. In my experience, other salons have neglected those aspects. My mother and sister been going to this salon, pink nails since couple years ago. I sometimes drop them off and pick them up from pink nails. One time I went inside to just look at the salon and it was clean atmosphere. Due to COVID they were very good with protocols. Which I have to wait in my car but which was the right thing to do. So I’ve been coming to pink nails for almost 8 years! I love the owner Sunny and everybody that works there and how clean and very sterile they are. Some of these reviews with ONE STAR stating that the owner or one of the coworker was yelling over the phone is not true at all! These people are very understanding and if something comes up for anyone All you can really do is a courtesy call and cancel your appointment or you can also call and state that you are running a bit late, I believe it doesn’t even matter what time it is for you to call businesses because they have voicemails!!!! And if you know you got in contact with someone that has Covid at midnight you still should have the audacity to call and just leave a message saying you have to self isolate HEATHER NAPOLITANO! Every business is hurting durning this whole COVID thing so yes Sunny wanted to take you in before she opened because she had her schedule booked for the day and all I’m saying is have enough respect to inform any kind of business that you can’t come in! These are very hard times now just show some respect because Sunny and everyone that works there have a life too.
