Not the typical nail shop where the customers are just ignoring everyone and checked out on the phone. The nail techs are fun and interact with everyone. Very upbeat atmosphere! Blue totally did a great job on my nails and converted me to a better option that wouldn’t cause my nails to thin so badly. (They were thin! ) Def worth an appt.

Love this salon so much. Its 25 minutes from my house so worth the drive. I needed a nail repair desperately a few days ago and didnt have time to drive over, ended up at a closer salon with the worst manicure I’ve ever received. Went to pink nails to get them fixed and left with a beautiful manicure and the prices are beyond reasonable. Perfect shape, even length and great service. Ill Always come back

I’m a little in shock with this place. And confused. First off I should have really looked into their site as it doesn’t even have a real link. I appreciate them taking me in as a walk in. As I really needed a pedicure. Also got a mani as most places I’ve been to run a deal when getting both. Well sadly they did not and definitely was over priced or I was over charged. $60 and no gel. I tipped a bit over 20% as I thought my manicurist was really cleaning up my nails but after getting in my car they were still messy. He seemed nice and was having a conversation but I also was okay just in silence. Maybe then would I have noticed they needed a little more filing and the paint. My pedi felt great so not to mad about that but overall just feel ripped off when I could have gotten a gel mani and pedicure for what I paid. And they never turned on the massage chair until I was waiting for my nails to dry. I was hoping to come back and get a design done, but after the $60 plus tip. I think I’ll go elsewhere. They also don’t take Amex nor do they have the option to tap your phone to pay which was inconvenient.

I really wanted to like this place since I just moved to this side of town and was looking for a new home. The younger lady who does the pedicures does an okay job she just rushes when the shop is empty. As for the older lady who does the acrylics hurt me both times I went there and made me feel guilty for wanting a design or even a new full set since I needed a new set. She tried to talk me out of it but the first time I went to her she told me I needed a new set the next time. I figured she just didn’t want to do her job. She had energy to make smart remarks but not to engage in a conversation. When it was time to pay she overcharged me and the owner had to fix the price. I work in the service industry so I always tip15-30 each person who works on me. If you plan on coming here the pedicures are ok if you’re in a hurry but DONT go with the older lady. She’s rude. Sadly She will be the reason I will not be returning.

I was having lunch in the shopping center, and thought I would try this nail salon, and was surprised they could get me in with no appt since it was close to Christmas holiday. After sitting down with the older lady to do my manicure, I realized why no appt was needed. She cut my finger slightly and then proceeded to tell me that it was no big deal, her attitude was poor. She rushed through the process and pushed each one of my fingers out of the way like she was mad at me for mentioning anything about it. I will never go back this salon again.She needs serious customer service training. What a joke!

Best nail salon that I have been to (been to several across the valley) usually go to nail tech “Blue” who has a large client list so is typically appointment only. But I use Ana when he is out of town.Never had any issues or clipping, lifting or anything else that comes along with sloppy techs. I always get Hard gel with Gel polish. You get what you pay for, so invest in hard gel.Small shop to be sure tip!Been coming here for years. No star actually. They close at 7 and I walked in at 6:24. I just wanted a simple manicure, no paint. She proceeded to ask me if I have cash. I said”yes.” Than everyone talking among themselves. She then says. ” Come back tomorrow as she’s doing her own nails. Horrible service!!!! And I will never be back. So many successful business stay in business because of they way they treat their customers. Do good! Get good!!! Practice because one day you will be out of business.
