I was just here on Tuesday, I got a full gel set with tips, I asked for my nails to be short and after asking her to go shorter a third time I gave up asking. The nails were bumpy and none were the same length or shape, she asked if I liked them and I said yes because as this point I was so unhappy I wanted to be done and she replied with good you aren’t picky. Thursday four nails popped off all on their own and the rest I was able to take off with such ease. I am very disappointed:( I had high hopes because the reviews were so good, they may be better at other services but I would not recommend for gel tips or sets.
