Horrible time management ! A few weeks ago my friend and I came to get pedicures together. They did one of us, and then when they were done they said sorry we don’t have time for the other one of you. Like HUH? AND THEN today I had a 9AM appointment and they told me the person who was scheduled for me was sick and NO ONE else in the whole salon could help me till 4. No one ever tried to contact me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to take me so I drove all the way there for NOTHING.

Henry did a very nice job on my gel nails. He was efficient & friendly.My suggestion to anyone making appts at this location is to address if you want designs, etc, so that you can be matched with a technician that meets your needs. I was and Henry was great!

I visited this nail salon after reading all of the great reviews. I went in for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure and unfortunately it was the worst I’ve ever had. The pedicure was horrible! The tech kept digging even after saying ouch. I went in without any issues with my toe nails and left with severe pain on my left big toe…I later found out that the way it had been cut caused an ingrown toe nail. I’m extremely dissatisfied. I’m 8 months pregnant and now I’m experiencing terrible pain. Not what I really want to deal with right now. My manicure was also horrible! My nails are not cut evenly and the gel was layered on too thick. Had the gel manicure about 3 days ago and it’s already chipped? I still tipped very well (like I normally do which is always far above average) simply because of the amount of time spent. But the quality of work was subpar. Never going back again.

I go every 3 weeks to see Kahyli for a gel manicure and pedicure. Her work is phenomenal and because of that allows me to last 3 weeks – because I don’t have the time. I am so grateful for that. She also does great nail art and has a lot of extra materials that she can bling you out with. She’s awesome ❤️

Henry took my acrylics off with another nail because it was “late” when i asked, tears streaming down my face, for them to be done properly i was told “he wasn’t going to stay all night for me” and he slapped my hands. Every time i went here my nails got filed down so badly that they were irreparable for months. I stopped going, Tammy was the only worker who did her job well. I have even had my nails done by the owner, i showed Susan a picture and unfortunately i never got what i wanted. Every time it was a different price, from a different employee, quality has also gone down immensely. Sanitization should be a priority but it is not, Please be careful.
