The whole team has always been very authentic, and genuine. It’s nice to be able to go somewhere you feel truly valued as a customer and not just bombarded with fake customer service. It’s truly refreshing (and super adorable when they say this on the phone). Communication is one of their many strengths- whether its booking an appointment or following up on questions they always get back to you in a timely manner. They also genuinely listen to what you want done. I am super picky about who I trust for these kinds of services, but could not recommend them more.The whole team is incredibly lovely, but I highly recommend Jennifer & Jordan! They’re both total sweethearts, & excellent at what they do. Jennifer literately changed my life with her lash lift services. This is by far my favorite Wisconsin spa & salon! Pink Lemonade is always professional & provides high quality service. The salon itself has a cute, modern look that really sets the mood for an enjoyable appointment. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never been disappointed. Not worth the price – I tried getting my hair cut here several times and was disappointed each time. I feel that the hair stylist did not always follow what I was asking for, and felt like she was new or very inexperienced. The last time I went to my appointment, my hair cut was uneven all around and the layers added were not subtle. I tried to remove myself from their email list many times and I’m still getting spammed.

I called and had a conversation about their pricing online and explained how my hair was colored and cut and was curious if it would be less. They had me come in for a consultation. The stylists didn’t look at my hair. I sat in the chair for a while she “figured out pricing.” The stylists came back and told me the exact same pricing as online. I asked why they even had me come in. Complete wast of time.

Beware! If you make an appointment online and THEY cancel you will not get your deposit back!! They cancelled, so I made an appointment elsewhere. Asked to get my deposit refunded and they said no and that I would have to pick another stylist or time to use my deposit. It’s a nice place but I have been cancelled on too many times, so I won’t be returning.
