Esther is so responsive and made the whole process smooth from initial booking to end. Place is really clean and picture perfect! To describe this spa in one word: AMAZING! I took my daughter and niece here for the BFF package recently for her birthday and they had a blast. They were treated like royalty (facial, mani, pedi, pink lemonade in a champagne flute, makeup…and more). Every part of the process was professional and great. The facility was clean and everyone was extremely nice and made our experience REALLY special. I would recommend this place to anyone with a super girly-girl like mine. They will absolutely love it and beg to go back.

The experience from beginning to end was exceptional. From the initial phone call,follow-up up until appointment day. The staff truly made my Princess feel like one. Location is easy to miss,but is right on W.Dixie. Place was clean, the young lady who took care of my daughter was personable and (the owners possibly) were SUPER NICE.I had an issue with my car d and was embarrassed, but the gentleman taking my payment was so sweet and patient(worked out phe)weeeew. would 100% recommend if you have a girly girl who deserves a special day.
