Save your time and money!! I got a dip manicure DONE BY THE OWNER that cracked after 3 days! I called to ask for my money back and was told that they had no refund policy, but could have it fixed or stop in and get a pedicure instead. As I don’t trust their dip skills, I stopped in today to get a pedicure. I was told that I would need to wait 40+ minutes to be helped when there were several employees just sitting around. What a scam!! I will never go back there!

The Tech Cut my foot and then charged me!! I was in pain for a week after she cheese grated the side of my foot, thank God it’s healing but it could have went the other way of getting infected. She continued to grate my foot which I thought was illegal to use as I just found out!! I will never visit this salon again. My feet are more rough and scratchy then before I walked into the place. Not to mention my foot has not healed yet 100,%. Stay away!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever received in my life. The appointment was for my daughter and the nail person was 40 minutes late for an express mani and pedi. The receptionist started the pedi, but it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. When the person finally showed up, they doubled teamed her on both nails and toes at the same time. The mani was the worst I have ever seen. They cut but didn’t file her nails and you could see through the nail polish. I couldn’t believe when I went to pay and the receptionist tried to get me on their mailing list. Um, we are never coming back here again, EVER! I never felt so good about leaving no tip.

My second visit there today for a pedicure and I really like this place. Wide open, very clean, high quality, no waiting and a good price. Kim did a great job and was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back.
