I have been coming to Crystal for massage and facial services for years now! I drive all the way from the Arundel Mills/Ft. Meade area because I refuse to let anyone else touch my face. Every single time I leave I feel refreshed. My face is super clear after getting a facial and my body is always super limp after getting a massage haha. Just go to her, you won’t regret it! She has amazing energy and is an all around fantastic person. Crystal is professional, personable, cleanly, straightforward and cares about her clients. She does not cut corners and she is also very transparent about what she is doing and why. Book her and thank me later!

I booked an appointment for a manzilian and massage. Crystal took her time locating all my knots and tight muscles then kneaded them like they were dough. Afterwards, I could not believe how GOOD my body felt. Crystal was very patient, consummate professional and an expert at her craft. I left Pink Essence Beauty Lounge feeling like a new man. When I first visited the lounge, I had some unwanted facial hair on my chin and neck. I have had a couple of electrolysis services from a different salon years ago that produced zero results. Several weeks after my first visit with Crystal, I could tell that the hair growth was slower and becoming scarce.Fast forward to about the third visit, the hair growth rate has decreased and the little that grows is reduce to a stubble here or there.The customer service, professionalism, and accommodations that I have received are the best of the best. After going to Crystal I haven’t had a single ingrown. I have had increased time between waxing. And that’s amazing!!Crystal is a professional and extremely knowledgeable in skincare. Usually I show up with sore and stiff muscles and joints, and even when I am not able to articulate the physical source of my discomfort, Crystal is able to figure it out and provide much needed relief. She’s very strong and able to work out even the most stubborn of knots. She provides a cleanly environment that is also very relaxing. She is also a very warm and kind person. Usually I show up with sore and stiff muscles and joints, and even when I am not able to articulate the physical source of my discomfort, Crystal is able to figure it out and provide much needed relief. She’s very strong and able to work out even the most stubborn of knots. She provides a cleanly environment that is also very relaxing. She is also a very warm and kind person.
