Pink Door Salon

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy daughter and I walked into this salon after calling first and confirming availability. The lady on the phone was very nice and attentive. She told us to walk in and they would take care of us.When we walked in there was no front desk and no one greeted us. Both of the stylist that there there by the door saw us and said nothing. Being our first time there we weren’t sure with how they ran things. We proceeded to sit and wait for one of the stylist to finish. One of the lady’s finished and then disappeared to the back to then come out 10 mins later to clean her station. She saw us and said still said nothing. She then pulled up the blinds behind us and still said nothing. She saw us but then turned and sat on in a chair by the windows and went on her computer. by then the other stylist finished with her cut and continued to ignore us and made small talk with the gentleman she was cutting while he just leaned against the counter next to her station. It was all very bizarre and not what we expected at all. We ended us walking out and even then no one said anything. We were very disillusioned and disappointed with the service and or hospitality.
