Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI very rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it! I tried them out today after finding them online, and I am so glad I did! She did exactly what I asked for with the color, shape and length. She also made sure that I was pleased with my nails and asked multiple times if I wanted her to make any changes. One of my friends was with me and was very pleased with her pedicure and eyebrow waxing. We felt very comfortable here, and I will definitely be making the 20 minute drive back and forth to keep coming to this place. My only regret is not leaving her a bigger tip before I left and really started looking at and admiring my nails!!! I’m so happy to have found such a lovely place to have my nails done. Annie and her staff are always so friendly and accommodating. My nails always turn out exactly how I like them, whether long or short, the results are always the same. The color selection is more than I could imagine. On my first visit, I showed Annie a picture of the nail color I wanted which had an ombré look to it, and she got it exactly right. Consistency is important and Pink Cloud always delivers. I have been coming to see Annie at Pink Cloud since they opened. I followed her from another salon. She has always been through and makes my nails look great!! I come to her with some of the craziest designs and she always tries to make them as close to the picture as possible. The salon is the cleanest I’ve ever been to and they pride themselves on customer service. Love Pink Cloud!!

The staff here are all amazing. Very professional, friendly and clean, they make you feel very comfortable. Julie did my nails and Apple did my toe nails. They came out beautiful. Annie was so nice and she welcomed me since it is my first time.

Annie always does an AMAZING job on my nails! Recently, I’ve started getting pedicures here and they’re the best pedicure I’ve ever had (and I always have my nails done). Everyone here is so detail oriented and makes you feel like you are the only person in the room. I never feel rushed. They are a smaller shop who gets a lot of business so I definitely recommend making an appointment!
