Critical: Quality, ValueI feel as if nail polish should cover the entire nail including the sides. I paid $77 for a fill (not worth that) with tip to already have lifting polish when getting to my car after this. Shape could of been better too. I spend too much money on nails to not have them look good. The design is cute but please fill in the sides and the tops of my nails. Someone working there for over 10 years should know this. I feel as if nail polish should cover the entire nail including the sides. I paid $77 for a fill (not worth that) with tip to already have lifting polish when getting to my car after this. Shape could of been better too. I spend too much money on nails to not have them look good. The design is cute but please fill in the sides and the tops of my nails. The ladies here are amazing. I’ve gotten my hair done by Belle awhile back and I absolutely loved how it turned out. Ameeah always does amazing too! She’s super gentle and caring also. You can tell she pays attention to detail, loves what she does and does her best to make sure you get what you came for. Overall, the staff is fun to talk to and super kind and friendly. My only complaint is the salon needs a good floor/detail cleaning lol I understand it gets dirty from everything but sheesh, doesn’t look like anyone’s swept or mopped in months come on ladies!! LOL

I got acrylic nails beginning of September and with tip paid $65. Thought it was a little pricey but not bad. So two-three days ago I went and got my nails filled which says $35. all I did was showed the girl a picture of black nail polish with a design on my index and middle finger which was just a little black line and I got charged $80. I didn’t make a scene I didn’t say anything because I felt uncomfortable. But who charges $15 for gel nail polish that I didn’t even ask for and it was not told it was going to be used on my nails. And an extra $15 for black nail polish for the design. I understand when people run a business they have to make money but this is ridiculous on the price and I will never come back here again. The first time I came in the girl was super nice we talked the whole time. This time around she did not say one word to me and she seemed like she was in a bad mood. Not a good experience.

I am terribly saddened by my experience at the salon. I had what looked to be like in New Girl do my nails. She cut them down very short from where they were. After having asked her not to. Then while she was painting them she kept dipping the brush and some black acrylic paint, so my cuticles where a mess. now 3 days later my nail polish which I paid for gel top coat is chipped off. I stopped using them before and I will certainly never go back again after having given them a second chance.

Went in for a haircut. Belle was my stylist and she did a great job with my hair. She was honest about the condition of my hair and suggested options prior to cutting hair. They are nice, welcoming. I suggest you make appointment online or by calling, so you’re not turned away since some of these girls have appointments lasting hours. It’s a clean place, unlike what other reviews say.
