I was struggling with a migraine and no H&S (I had a membership) had any appointments for 3 days. I called day of, changed the time 3 times, and went from 60-90 minutes. Extremely skilled staff, flexible scheduling, did I say skilled staff?, and just an amazing experience if you want a serious, squish ALL OF THAT BS OUT OF THERE massage. I went a couple months ago. Overall, it was a nice experience. The place is very clean. The masseuse was named Mimi I think. She was very kind, obviously well trained in a variety of massage techniques, and paid very close attention to what I needed for my muscles. I got an hour long Swedish massage, and she added in some Chinese techniques and some hot stone massage on my back. It was very relaxing and my muscles and joints felt much better after I left. The price is incredible considering how expensive it is in this area. It was $60 for a 60 minute massage – amazing! I made sure to tip well. The only con: the walls are partitions that don’t go all the way to the ceiling, so I can see how sounds in the building could be an issue (it was quiet when I was there), and it was a little chilly. Otherwise, overall, great experience. Looking forward to going again.

A cozy atmosphere similar to some other massage parlors. The rooms are sort of like tall cubicles the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling so some sound can travel if others are getting massaged as well. This is important to some but it was fine for me. I had a hot stone massage with the full body and the massuse did not disappoint. Looking forward to having my muscles loosened up again soon!

Easily have one of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I called cause their website wasn’t working and was trying to figure out if it was something I was doing or if their website was just down. The person I spoke to had no answers then randomly just hung up on me for no reason! When I called back I then got an attitude because they “are so busy” then when I asked to speak to a manger they hung up again. I kept calling, and when I finally got in touch with someone who claimed to be the owner they didn’t care about how rude their employee was towards a possible customer, all they cared about was if I was going to come into their location to give them my hard earned money. Never in my life have I seen such lack of care for the customers, all this owner/employees care about is taking your money!!

Found a gem! So sweet and the massage was amazing!! Half the price of Avanti and twice the quality. So happy my bestie and I tried this place while everyone else was booked before the New Year. Really happy with the service. Thank you ladies so much. We’ll see you again next month. 🙂
