A very beautiful but casual salon. I got an appt with Jess and had a great experience! I just met her but we were talking like friends and she did exactly what I wanted. Everyone else was very nice too. I picked this salon instead of others in the area because I felt I had similar tastes to the photos I saw. I will definitely come back for my next cut/color!

I had the worst haircut of my life at this salon. My regular hair stylist had moved and I went to Ping Segars Salon based on the 5-star reviews. I saw Rebecca, just like the woman with the recent (and only) other 1-star review. Like hers, my haircut also ended up looking nothing like the example pics I discussed with Rebecca. The result was much shorter with clumpy, thick layers all around. I was embarrassed going into work the next day. I kept asking myself why this had happened to me. How could I be the only one with problems among all those happy 5-star reviews? I didn’t say anything at the salon. I got to my car and cried.

Took my daughter to Ping’s for the first time, in mid March, for an ombré. We had a wonderful experience. The stylist did a beautiful job, and the salon is gorgeous inside.
