Have been going to Pine Hill Nails since Dave and Si (three owners ago). So upset. New owners: I’m sorry but do better. I had an older woman who could not see apparently as I had to tell her I could still see the color from my previous nail design. Was rushed, clean up non-existent, acrylic and polish not evenly applied; weird shape to nail they had to fix cause was broke, never fixed where my nail is lifting, crooked, still have color from previous paint even after telling her 3x and I started filing the color off myself. Had my niece with me who for the same color and same problems. It’s only been a few days and I am going to a new place to fix and hopefully have a new salon. Pine Hill Salon, let me know when you get new owners and I will try again. I miss Dave, Si, Helen, Daisy. Pics for your review.

I never leave reviews but needed to as this was the best nail place I have ever been to. She had patience with me changing my mind on what I wanted and when I decided, she was so thorough and did such an amazing job. It came out better than I even imagined. She took her time and paid attention to every detail and on top of it the price was great too. I’m so very pleased that I had to leave a review . I will be making this my new nail place!!

Ive been 2x. First was because I was in a pinch and needed a Mani and Pedi before I left for vacation the next day. I didn’t know this place existed. My techs name is Kim and her nephew did my Pedi. I love them both. Now when I go. I call and make sure I see Kim. She’s awesome and does a beautiful job. ❤️

Was so excited to try this salon out as it was a recommendation from a friend. I had made an appointment for 11am a few days prior as I had commitments in the afternoon. Arrived at 10:50am and picked out my color. Was only greeted by one person who said I should be serviced soon as the tech was finishing up someone else. I waited 45 minutes and watched her take someone back for a wax who didn’t even have an appointment, not to mention she didn’t even say one word to me. I can understand running 10-15 minutes behind, but 45 minutes past your scheduled service time is a little crazy…Never got my nails done, disappointing and will not be returning.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. They were super nice and the place was clean! However it took 3 hours for a full set and pedicure, and My full set is so uneven and my nails are so bumpy. I was picked acrylic off of My nails and skin for a week.

This is a great place to go when your nails is broken because their managers are nice and they know how to make your nails look pretty. I recommend you to go to this place and you will love your nails after you get your nails done.
