My MIL, who is elderly, went in for a wash, trim, and blow. Her hair sits between her shoulders and chest (so not terribly long), very very fine hair and balding. They charged her over $100!!!!! For what?! Never again!

Basically i went over there and Elle was the stylist I asked for blow dry with straighting my hair and some curls in the end she started blowdrying my hair, she did the front area which is the bangs and then she started using the curling iron on my roots and the end without even finishing the rest of my hair??? And when i asked her abt using hair straightener for my roots she said i used the curling iron on the roots like how ?? The curling iron is not even small enough to get the roots. Overall I didn’t like my hair and I wasn’t satisfied i should’ve gone to any local salon they would have done it better 100x and they said at phone it gonna be 45 and when i went to pay she said 75$? 30 dollars for the poor hair wrap she did with pins?? I ended up leaving the salon with hair I didn’t like paying 75$ for it and frizzy roots/ hair in general.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuebest salon in bayonne hands down. i get my hair bleached like most do when going to a salon. nairoby is a GOD with hair. perfect color all the time, and when she puts on your toner/glaze after the wash, she is so precise and really makes sure it gets on all the right spots. every other salon i’ve been to they just slap it on and forget about it. all the other girls work i’ve seen has been equally amazing. always does my haircuts just how i want it too!! if you’re looking for a good stylist, aesthetically pleasing salon, and a non judgmental environment go to pin up! prices are also decently marked, last time i tried to go get my hair bleached at one other salon in bayonne, they wanted to charge me $500!!! nairoby is HALF of that, even less depending on what you do!! so insanely talented and very clean too!best salon in bayonne hands down. i get my hair bleached like most do when going to a salon. nairoby is a GOD with hair. perfect color all the time, and when she puts on your toner/glaze after the wash, she is so precise and really makes …More

Simply the best. I’ve been doing my colors with Nairobi since 2016. She is simply the best and really gives you knowledge on what works for your hair. The salon is inviting and everyone is very nice.

The receptionist was always rude and show no respect. She would call me to reschedule all of my appt. Finally the last draw was when she called to reschedule, which was fine but then she said nothing was available. Never going back. Customer Service is everything.
