I will not be returning to this business. The masseuse guilted me to tipping more which is completely unprofessional. The massage was decent – not bad but not the best. She had asked me at the beginning of the massage what areas I wanted to focus on, and then proceeded to provide a standard full body massage. I had provided a 13% tip, which admittedly is on the low side, and ended up tipping more. But a customer should never be obligated to pay more then what they feel the service deserves. I did not leave feeling great, and with the tip guilt, felt leaving even worse. I don’t think any customer should ever leave feeling this way. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My wife and I came here for a couples massage. They have a pretty good online deal for $120 for 70 minutes. I enjoyed my massage but my wife didn’t like hers. She felt they were more stretching her instead of massaging.

Booked a couple’s massage with their special online, 70mins for $120 at the Aiea Town Center location Sunday Jun 23 @ 3:30PM. Booking and directions were easy. Arrived at location at 3:20PM, we may be sat down for a minute and then we were showed to our room we didn’t start the massage till 3:30PM, wasn’t much interaction however was still a pleasant experience. We both actually enjoyed our massage and the therapists were nice and efficient. Everything was going great until we looked at the time after we were told the massage was over and it was only 4:20PM, that’s only 50 minutes. I asked the lady at the front desk to confirm if the massage I booked was 70 minutes and she said yes while we both looked at the time, as if I was the one that was crazy. I still payed the $120 plus tip and we left disappointed.

I loved my massage it was very, very good. The place was clean and the sheets were clean there weren’t any stains. My masseuse Jacky was very respectful and very good with targeting pain. I enjoyed the services very much. The only thing I thought was weird was they had to call my payment in over phone because I had used a card. Other then that I will keep returning to this place.

It was quick and easy to book with them but they have very broken English so it can be hard to understand. The photos are not how the place looks on the inside. The last photo is how the entrance looks. When you walk in, there will be a desk and where you can put your shoes. You get escorted to a room and told to undress. The massage tables are actually not massage tables but planks of wood built to withstand the weight of two people. The rooms are open ceiling so you can hear everything going on in the place. Once you slip under the sheets, your therapist will come in for the massage. I had a couple’s massage and our therapists walked in with their street clothes and just started the massage. There is no consultation beforehand so you don’t know what kind of massage you’re getting. There were times where she was too hard but the massage was decent, it was a combination of deep/Thai. When I flipped over and sat up, my breasts were uncovered and the other therapist was a male, I felt very uncomfortable. I kept trying to pull up the covers but my therapist kept working away stretching my arms and back. After the hour was over we dressed and headed to the front. They don’t accept any cards so it’s cash only which we did not know! Overall my experience was okay. I’m surprised this place made best of for so many years! I don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for a professional and customized massage.

Love this experience with this place. I am interested in massage and looking for a place for massage everywhere I go. One day I has a chance to travel to Hawaii and looking for a massage around my hotel area, and I found this place where was the closest once. I called to ask for setting us an appointment on the same day. Then, in the evening when I went to the place. There is so many choices of massage that they offer, but I found once that I really want to try is Hot Stone Massage & Stone Therapy. I read about this but never try it yet because I was afraid of burn. It was not like I thought because they using warm stones to massage muscles. The heat from stones relaxes tight muscles effectively. I told them that I would come back whenever I have a chance to go to Hawaii again.

We came here for a couples massage. They were able to fit us in right away. I asked for light to medium pressure, thai massage. I was given a combination massage with deep tissue. It was very painful and my calves were sore the whole day. The next day my back was so sore, it felt like my whole back was bruised up. She didn’t warm up any of my muscles and started digging into them right away.
