If I could give 10 stars, I would. Let’s start with the wonderful electrologist, Kat. I think I found the electrologist of my dreams. Friendly, good listener, informative, quick, helpful, gentle, and has a great sense of humor! The list goes on and on. She has indeed made it a pleasant experience and turned my terrible fear of electrolysis into a relaxation experience. I feel safe in this studio thanks to the COVID protocols in place. Once you enter the comforting interior brings a sense of walking into a spa room. She has chosen the most comfortable sofa which is always clean and thoroughly sanitized. You sanitize your hands and put your personal items in the designated bin. Kat will then play relaxing piano/harp music and turn on the cooling fan. The design of the studio is so blissful and I look forward to the next appointment every time. Kat will usually distract your thoughts so you stop thinking about the pain. Long story short, she has created the perfect welcoming environment to get electrolysis treatments in. And the results? Absolutely mind blowing. Every hair Kat touches will not grow back. I have never met a person so invested and dedicated to their work and clients. Simply wonderful 🙂

Kat is a lovely electrologist with a beautiful little studio in Pasadena within the Colonade on the second floor. Easy parking, easy in and out. I have been seeing an electrologist for about a year with about 20 appts under my belt and I wasn’t seeing results so I decided to try someone different. I’m looking for a long lasting union and it was a great 1st experience.
