I want to go get my haircut at this place I took a picture of the style I wanted I didn’t get what I wanted not only did I tell her don’t cut it so short but she did and she also let the longer from one side than the other I got home and I had to fix it myself

Critical: QualityI spent $120 for a cut and I asked for baylage with a dark base and natural tones. I emphasized I wanted to keep my hair dark. I was assured it could be done but left with brassy orange high lights, a weird red orange base color & a front chunk that is a splotchy bleach streak called the “money piece”. I did respectfully voice my disappointment about it, the owner said to come back in a week and she will fix it for free if I still didn’t like it, which was nice. She has styled my hair to the point I’ve cried tears of joy when I seen it. She also does Eye Lash Extensions, which I’m looking into doing for the first time with her. I purchased a groupon for my lashes. 53$ for a new set & a free lash fill. The lash glue was very weak and my lashes were bald within a week. And they charged me 25$ for a fill because they were almost bald. So my fill didn’t end up being free. It wasn’t my first time getting my lashes, I wanted to try out a new spot and never again will I go back to Pilar’s. The quality was very poor.

Good hairstylist BUT I got my eyelashes extension done too. And not sure if it was the glue they used but my eyelashes only lasted a week n before the second week they were all almost gone. I paid $75 so def not worth getting ur eyelashes done here. And the lady that did mine was a lil rude too
