My sons autistic and Josh is amazing with him. He’s always hated haircuts until we started coming here and met Josh. He goes out of his way with white noise, deeper pressure for kids with sensory issues and has the patience of a saint. Also they make little girls feel special and like princesses. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend trying them out.

We always have a good experience! With my sons first haircut they made sure he was comfortable and had fun THEN started cutting his hair. They even broke out the bubble machine. They have toys, game consoles for older littles, and a play room. We always have a good time here and he loves coming! I tell him and he talks about it for days until we go.

We have been going to pigtails & crew cuts for awhile now. I can’t imagine going anywhere else as we receive the best quality of haircut/style. The grandson’s love how kid-friendly and inviting it is. All we have to do is tell them who is there for hair cuts and they know exactly how to cut their hair. That says a lot of how precise they are and knowing their customers!

I would definitely recommend taking your kids to pigtails and crewcuts west! They were so patient with my son despite his sensory needs, and they ended up getting the job done! I’ve been putting off getting his first haircut because of this but Chloe was so understanding and did a great job working around my son crying and wiggling. I’ll definitely be going again.

It’s great when they have stylists. Have had my appointment cancelled or rescheduled on more than one occasion. Walk ins are not taken like they say they are either, as they are again always short stylists.
