He knew the minute he walked in the door that they were good people, he ran up and hugged one of their legs. They were so gentle and kind with him. I could not recommend this place more! I took my little guy to get his first hair cut and they were so good with him. He knew the minute he walked in the door that they were good people, he ran up and hugged one of their legs. They were so gentle and kind with him. Plus his haircut turned out amazing and exactly how we wanted! We will definitely be back.

I was very nervous to have my son get his first hair cut because I really was not sure how he would react. However, the employees made him feel so comfortable while getting his hair cut, that he actually had a great time! He loved sitting in the seat that looked like a car, as well as playing with the train set in the waiting room. It’s also clear that the people who work here really know how to interact with kids. I will definitely be coming back here again—they’re great!

Loved the kid-focused atmosphere and patience the stylists provide, most specifically Hunter. It’s great to have the children’s movies and toys to distract the kiddos while they play in the themed chairs. Even though my granddaughter had very little hair to actually trim, I felt it was worthy of the additional cost for her first experience in a salon chair. We bought the special package and now her parents have pictures and a lasting momento of her first haircut. It was convenient to be able to make an appointment online. We texted to check in upon arrival and they messaged us back for when we could enter the building. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end with our first experience using this salon. We’ll be back in the future!

We love the way the salon is set up for kids. The vehicle chairs are genius. My son loves going in to see his favorite hairdresser, Ms Tessa Watson. She is beyond amazing at her craft and is super connected with my son in conversations. My son will not see anyone else but her. Haircut, Kids’ cuts

EDIT: Not sure if they comment to make it look like they take care of the problem or not, but it has been weeks and we have still heard nothing. Nothing has been done to make this right. Do your research before you let someone come at your kid’s hair!! Obviously this girl had no idea what she was doing! Very hard to believe she has been cutting hair for “4 years”!!! This place is really nice, great atmosphere and a neat place for kids. That doesn’t make up for a bad haircut, though. My toddler’s hair was completely botched and when the manager came out to take a look at it, she said that it only looked like that because he is blonde. The cut itself looks like he is wearing a toupee on the crown of his head, and she shaved several patches almost bald at random spots. Long hairs mixed in with short hairs. It’s a mess and the manager didn’t do anything to make it right, 100% guaranteed didn’t apply to us, I guess. We were charged full price for a haircut that we made clear we were angry about, and the hair was already cut so short that nothing could be done to fix it. We drive a long way to come here, but definitely will not again.
