Fun chairs that look like cars or planes. Great hairstylist. She was very good with my daughter and did a great cut as well (layers to help my daughter curls). If you don’t want glitter in your kids hair mention it on the side or as a note in your reservation before they offer it. Kids’ cuts

I’ve taken my oldest here on and off for a couple years but recently had the pleasure of meeting Dora who did my youngest sons first haircut (17 months old). She is SO soft spoken and sweet he didn’t even cry! She did amazing with both boys she’s my new go to lady, we will come here every time now!

Terrible service from the front desk to the stylists. The front desk is rude and condescending. I have to micromanage my sons very easy haircut otherwise he ends up with a standard high and tight. They cannot handle thick hair. Also if you are ever more than 5 minutes late they do nothing to help you rebook. 4 stylists sat there for 20 minutes with empty chairs and would not cut my sons hair. Terrible business practices.

Beware of this place, they don’t care about their customers and their biggest concern is getting as many kids in and out as at the shortest time possible. This business meant main focus apparently is quantity not quality so if you’re even 6 minutes late to your appt they will just deny you service. According to the owner and receptionist they only give each stylist 20 minutes per child. It was my sons 3rd birthday and was going to be his first haircut, my husband had a bit trouble finding them in liberty station since it was his first time going so they were 7 minutes late and they turned him away. The owner who I spoke to just told me that’s there policy and that each appt is 20 mins and that they couldn’t help us. I don’t even understand how they can run a business if they treat customers this way. I would recommend taking your child anywhere else but here.

I would like to start with the fact that I have taken my son here 3 times before with no issues until today, and now we will never be coming back here again. We were a little late due to all of the construction and detours we had no idea about, and I would have been fine if they had just turned us away, I would have understood that. No one else was in there and they said they could be quick and still give my son a haircut. My son is non verbal and autistic and has NEVER had issues before getting his hair cut and it is usually a quick in and out process, so I have never felt the need to mark him as needing extra time. He started to have issues and flaps when he is overwhelmed and the hairstylist was nothing but cruel and short in response. I ended up calling it 2 minutes in when I was about to start crying from how horribly she was treating my son for crying and being overwhelmed. Luckily, they did not charge us for it, but I will never forget how the hairstylist treated my son and the lack of professionalism she had towards us.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRona was amazing and our son’s hair cut is perfect!It was our son’s first hair cut (2 years old). Rona was so friendly, attentive, and patient. She explained everything to our son and us before she did it. We really appreciated that because our son loves to know what’s happening and what’s coming next. She gave him lots of positive reinforcement and reassured him that he was doing a great job. We love our stylist Dara! She is extremely patient and knows how to work with children. It’s hard to find someone that knows how to work with extremely straight hair and she does an amazing job. We trust her with our little guys hair and he always feels comfortable having her cut his hair. Haircut
