Was hesitant based on reviews – but we took our son for his first haircut and they did great. We had the first apt on a Sunday and were seen immediately. She made quick work which is great for a tiny one.

This place was disappointing. They claim they are kid friendly but they are not inclusive whatsoever. It was super quiet and even the tv was a whisper. The lady didn’t even try with my son. She just kept telling him to sit down and don’t move. My son doesn’t understand that. She was so rigid in her approach that I had to comfort him the entire time. The stylist went straight in with scissors and the haircut was less than 10 minutes. The lack of care shows. My son will never come back to this place.

My daughter had her first haircut today. I didn’t catch our hairstylists name, but she was lovely. My daughter had a habit of twirling her hair and had hair loss as a result. Her stylist did such a great job of hiding it. Would definitely recommend this place! Haircut

Nothing like listening to the two hairstylist complain about how busy they are when only my 2 kids are in the building the whole time. Tik Tok echoes vulgar language from one stylists phones during the cuts. My two yr old was clearly in pain when this halfwhit was stabbing him with clippers. Her tag team partner rocksteady was over there ripping out my daughters hair by using a 3ft upward brushing method I have yet to see. Needless to say, I’d rather get my kids haircut by Mr. Magoo. He may not see well but atleast he’s nice.

Took my 3 year old daughter for a first haircut and was disappointed. We were seen 25 minutes after our appointment time and the cut took about 5 minutes and was very sloppy. The stylist did ask me what I wanted but did not address or speak to my daughter except to tell her to look down. She did get a dumdum and a plastic coin after, but if you’re looking for a special first cut experience you may want to keep looking.

We went a couple times and it was an odd experience each time. First time the employees just weren’t very personable and bedside manner was non existent with our son but decent hair cut. Second time the only employee working complained that ownership left her alone the entire time and it was just awkward. The third and final time we walked in on a Saturday morning and the woman behind the counter was very rude and almost laughed at us for not having an appointment before turning us away. They just act like they are too busy for our business so we will take it elsewhere going forward. Good location and cute setup inside though.

Had an appointment for 2 toddlers at 1145 this morning. Arrived ten minutes late, and was told by the receptionist that they wouldn’t be able to fit us in. Apparently, each appt is scheduled for 15 minutes total with 5 minutes to get kid in and situated and then 10 minutes minutes to complete the cut. Okay I think, this is understandable, as we are late and scheduling is tight.

We had a good experience as far as service and scheduling goes but the haircut itself was terrible. My 3 year old son sat perfectly still, loved sitting in the firetruck and watching the tv but still got Jim Carey’s haircut from Dumb and Dumber. Luckily, hair grows and he had a happy experience so no real complaints. I loved the concept of the place. However, unfortunately we won’t we returning or recommending.
