This place is amazing. We used to go to the Plano location, but this one is much closer to us now. We were told there were walk-in spots available, but when we came in they said they were full. Not knowing when we would be able to get my sons hair cut next, they made time to cut his hair after we told them he was very well behaved and didn’t wiggle or cry. The haircut took around ten minutes and Janelle was very impressed with how well our two year old handled it. We are definitely going to be clients for as long as we live here.

Great environment for little kids! My 2 year old got his first real haircut here and loved playing with the toys, sitting in the airplane for his cut, and watching Disney on the tvs. The lollipop and prize from the treasure chest was exciting for him as well! Had a wonderful experience during my son’s first haircut. He wasn’t very happy sitting still but the stylist did an amazing job, she was very patient, listened to our requests and delivered exactly what we wanted. We got the first haircut package and received a beautiful picture along with some keepsakes. We will definitely be back! Kids’ cuts

I’m so disappointed. The salon is adorable and I love the vehicles the kids can pick from. Other than that, it’s terrible. I’ve been multiple times, each time hoping it will be better than the last, but unfortunately the opposite happens. They do not make any effort to engage the child, in this instance my 3 year old son. My son’s hair was cut so uneven in the front that I will have to keep it side swept, which is nearly impossible to do with an active 3 year old. I don’t really see any way of fixing it, except evening it out to the shortest cut and I don’t want that, because then it’ll be WAY short. Really upset with his birthday and holidays coming up.

Got there with my one year old for his first haircut and they said I needed an appointment because it was after school, on my way to the car the lady came out and said she could fit us in, so we came back. since it was my little’s first haircut we knew it was not going to be easy so right after he sitting down he started crying but the hairstylist continued to do her job very professionally and very patiently. We love his new haircut and loved the service.

This is a great kids haircut place in Prosper. it’s at the gates of prosper. It’s called pigtails and crew cuts. Great staff, neat and clean place. Ask for miss Shelia, she did an awesome job with our 3 year old.
