I researched many kids saloon before we went there. This Saloon is very neat, they have interesting chairs (car, police car, train,fire truck etc) for toddlers. and the stylist was amazing. She was very patient with our Son.

Friendly staff, Filomena took care of our kid very patiently. It’s not easy to cut kids hair, they constantly moves and jumps. Place was very clean. There are various cars/train/trucks chairs for kids, they love them. On TV all fun cartoons they play for kids which makes them calm.

I’ve been searching for the right place to get my sons haircut. This place is it…finally!!! 5 years old and hates haircuts until today. When we left he said he can’t wait to go back. I’m terrible with names and can’t remember the woman’s name who cut his maybe Kara or Katie but she was amazing. He absolutely loved that he could sit in the train chair. We will definitely be back.

We had a great experience at Pigtails. Even though I messed up our appointment, they were able to accommodate us immediately and offer my kids a very professional and patience service. The haircuts came out amazing, which will bring us back for sure! We have a 45 min drive here but it’s totally worth it.

Clean, conveniently located and caring personnel. They had really fun car/truck themed chairs and cartoons on TV; it really helped my son remain still and enjoy his back to school haircut. There is parking right out front and a waiting area with books and toys if you have other little ones. Booking can be made online.

It was son’s first haircut, and I didn’t really know what to expect. But, Kara made the whole experience absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a more patient hairdresser. She kept mom and son entertained the whole time. The end result was just what we wanted. My baby got his big boy cut. So happy I chose to go to pigtails and crewcuts. We will definitely be back.

My 3 year old son was afraid to get a haircut. We made an appointment for my husband so my son could watch him and get more comfortable with the idea of cutting his hair. While Kara was cutting my husband’s hair she was explaining to my son everything she was doing and showing all the tools, letting him touch them so he could know it wouldn’t hurt. After daddy’s haircut she asked my son if she could brush his hair and after she brushing it he agreed to let her giving him a haircut. Yaaaay!! He was so happy that we did it. There is no need for forcing him or anything. Kara was just amazing and above my expectations.

The stylist was very calm and patient with my daughter, who had a meltdown. She tried to explain what she was doing, to remove some of the fear. She also let us use a private room for the haircut, which made a world of difference for all of us, and gave us a chance to calm her down after the cut. This was 10x better than the experience we had at another kids salon. Will definitely come back here.
