The concept behind the kid’s salon is simple, getting a haircut should be fun and memorable. Our goal is to make the salon experience easy for the entire family, customers big and small, both parents and kids. We offer ear piercing, first haircut packages, retail items, hair bows, and child-friendly hair-care products. Opening in January 2022.

I took my two kids for a haircut here and we had a really good experience. The staff were all really friendly, the salon is cute, and the haircuts were great. They were wonderful with my 16 month old’s first haircut! He had not had his morning nap and was quite cranky, but Renee was so understanding. She kept offering me options of how to placate him and make him comfortable so that he felt safe/calm enough for her to finish the cutting. I ended up having to hold him in my arms while she finished his haircut but she was flexible and made it happen. She was the sweetest to my boy the entire time as well. Her calm and sweet demeanor coupled with her sincere consideration of his comfort level was deeply appreciated and was what made the visit a success. He looks so handsome, too! Def would recommend this place.

Such a cute little spot. There is a train, police car, and fire truck for your child to sit in. There is also a train table if you bring another kid along. I will warn you there is a bunch of toys your child will probably want and ask for a million times. There are also TVs to keep your kid distracted! I will say, make sure you give good direction because I asked for her to cut slow and then if I wanted more off I would let her know. She went straight to shortest mode ever. Also his ear was bleeding at the end and the woman said “ it happens a lot because the skin is so sensitive.”

Super cute, friendly staff, and very accommodating. My daughter’s first haircut started off with some tears but Ms. Breanna, who was super sweet, offered to put on her favorite show, Mickey Mouse, and that was a game changer. My daughter ended up loving getting her haircut and leaving with a little braid! We really like the First Haircut package that includes a picture and a lock of hair! Highly recommend

Amazing job! I was extremely worried that it would be impossible to cut my sons hair, he is 18 months and hates his hair and head being touched, so we were worried. Blanca (I feel bad that I forgot her name, started with a B), did such an amazing job. She was so patient with my baby and did exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much. We will be back!

I had scheduled my first appointment with them for my daughter to have a haircut and fairy hair. They lost our appointment, and gave me the sense that they didn’t believe that I had made an appointment. After showing what number I called and the time I called, they had us wait with not a word said to us for ten minutes. They then dismissed us to sit in the waiting area for 25 minutes with the least heartfelt apology I’ve ever heard. I finally had to go ask what was taking so long and eventually they said they were ready for us. The haircut was fine, but she hardly put any fairy hair in. Didn’t seem worth the cost at all. Also I saw other kids get braids put in, as we always do where we usually go, but we got nothing. Not even a good hair part. I had to go home and fix my daughters hair which is ridiculous! We did not feel welcomed and I definitely sensed an attitude from the workers. Won’t be returning!

Honestly, I am very disappointed. My 6 y.o. daughter had her first cut here today. I explained Chris what I wanted, we decided on the cut, which was supposed to be visible layers and face framing, but it was very frustrating, because she almost forgot to do the framing, I had to tell her again at the end of the cut, and she did very poor job with the layers of hair. She said, “You can do something more dramatic when she’s in high school, she doesn’t need it now”… I didn’t feel like arguing and ruining my daughter’s first cut, but it made me upset. Also, she wasn’t gentle with the comb, my daughter was crying “ouch!” all the time, to which Chris said, “Yes, it is painful to be beautiful”. What?! Receptionists are friendly, place is clean and well decorated, but cut quality is poor, I don’t know if she didn’t want to spend much time on my daughter, or just can’t do cuts right, but the other lady was doing fantastic job with other kids, and they were all happy, and looked great. Also, she didn’t even brush off hair of my daughter, I had to do it with my hands, while other kids got cute fuzzy brush and care. I was polite, I payed, left the tip and we left. But I will not be back, and I want people to see this review. This is just so sad, because she was so excited…

The salon is bright and cheerful with really cute stations for the kids. Our stylist, Bianca, was fantastic with our very wiggly 2 year old grandson. She gave him a first class haircut despite his being in constant motion. I highly recommend! Kids’ cuts

My son has level 3 autism, and haircuts are really hard for him. The staff here was AMAZING. They put a note in his chart to not run the blow dryer when his noise cancelling headphones were off, and his stylist let him play with her name tag and hairbrush. She was very good with him and his needs and asked me the best way to approach him. I was very impressed with the staff and we will only go to Pigtails and Crewcuts from now on!

It was our 2nd time getting our sons hair cut ♂️. He did great, he is 2 and he trusted the person who cut his hair. Got to choose his seat and then he got a new car which he was very excited about!
