Amazing experience! We loved Kristie! She has all the tricks to make your baby feel at easy. This was my LO first haircut so we were super nervous for him. Once we walked in (little early) we were directed to the play area in the back, it was a nice room with books, toys and plenty of things for entertainment. Once they were ready for us, my baby sat on one of their cool chairs, we got at airplane! He was so excited with chair, the bubbles and the water mist. Hair came out nice and they saved a piece of his hair for me to keep. We will def go back.

It was our first time at this kids salon and we loved it! My son doesn’t feel comfortable goinf to regular hair salon he rather go to kids salon and as soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. Ashley was the stylist who took cared of my son and he felt very comfortable….. didn’t cried at all… we are definitely coming back!

Highly recommend coming to this hair salon! Liz, is, amazing and she’s been cutting my son’s hair for the past few months. He’s not even a year old yet, but he’s so comfortable getting his hair cut. We love the playroom they have in the back too where we can read books, color, and play with toys while we wait. We’re so glad my sister told us about Pigtails and Crewcuts because we always have a great experience!

As part of our time together, I’ve always taken my grandson to get a hair haircut and then out for ice cream. The last time we went, we had a fairly rough experience. I reached out to the manager. She looked into the situation and graciously offered several options, including a discount on the next visit. That “next visit” was yesterday. I requested Liz because, in the past, she seemed to be the best one to deal with my grandson’s needs. She was amazing! She took her time with him, letting him touch the clippers before she used them, giving him a comb when he reached for hers, approaching him slowly and letting him feel the air from the hairdryer before using it, and blowing bubbles for him when he asked! NOT A SINGLE TEAR OR HESITATION! That was the most important thing to me. However, the haircut was ALSO perfect. No one has ever taken that much time to make sure his hair was cut evenly and just right. That visit (and my interactions with the manager) have renewed my trust in this place. I’m grateful we have a place so close that deals specifically with the ever-changing needs of unpredictable children.

It was our first time here, stylist was very understanding when we were a little late due to trouble finding parking. We had to move our time but she was able to fit us in about 30 minutes later which wasn’t a problem for us. She was very sweet and patient with my son. He has some sensory issues and she seemed to pick up on them without me saying anything and helped keep the hair cleared away from him. She also walked him through everything when she was using the clippers, which also helped a ton with his sensory issues. He doesn’t do well with changes to his routine so this was a big success, he loved it here! Definitely will be back.

They were great with my almost two-year-old daughter! She was very scared during her first haircut and cried almost the entire time, with her head buried in my chest, but that didn’t shake our stylist. She kept calm, didn’t get upset or frustrated and managed to give a BEAUTIFUL and even haircut for our sweet girl. We will definitely return!

We took our son here for his first hair cut (20 months old). He’s nervous around strangers but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here! Liz did amazing! She was ultra patient, never seemed irritated by his constant movement, and his hair is so stinking adorable! The shop is so kid-friendly and clean. We WILL be back! Haircut
