The BEST experience we’ve ever had getting my toddler’s haircut. We like the north shore location but this one was much better at making it more fun for my anxious boy. Bekah did a great job and the receptionist blowing bubbles allowed her to give him an excellent haircut.

I’m giving 3 stars not for the haircut but for the friendliness of the staff. Other than that I’m completely disappointed….My daughter got gum in her waist long hair so I was forced to cut it out. I’m not a stylist so I obviously didn’t do a bang up job. I decided to bring her here to have a professional fix it. I asked that she even it out and keep the length as much as possible. (For reference it was shoulder length) Which in my mind wasn’t a big task. I left in tears. It’s so short I can’t pull it back in a ponytail. She kept chopping more and more off the back and then the sides and back to the back. I finally just told her it was good so the length didn’t get any shorter.She and the other girl were both very sweet and patient with my daughter and the other children, but the final product was not good at all. So I’ve scheduled an appointment with my stylist to try to make it at least even instead of a choppy mess. I will not be back.
