Great place for kids. Awesome atmosphere and the stylists are phenomenal. My little girl was very squirmy and scared when my husband brought her in for her first haircut. She somehow managed to cut her hair straight. I was blown away. Very impressed. My girls love the fun waiting area and the cool chairs they can sit in. I highly recommend!

The good part: the set up is nice, cute playground, TV for distraction for kids, kids chairs for the haircut, “prizes” and there is a 1st haircut package available where you can have a picture taken and a hair sample for you to take home in a colorful card.

Although we enjoyed our initial experiences with Pigtails & Crew Cuts, we will NOT be returning. Made an appointment for 10/29 and they canceled at the last minute. Said they could reschedule but it would be another week. Had the appointment rescheduled for 11/3 and they just called, last minute again, to tell me they’d have to cancel, again. Said the stylist was out, even though we said any stylist would be fine. When i explained this was 2 weeks in a row and already a rescheduled appointment she said there was nothing they could do. When I said then maybe we’d have to go somewhere else, she hung up on me! I’ll take my 3 kids somewhere that appreciates our business.

We went in for our sons first haircut before he turns the big 1! The front desk ladies were welcoming, and Amber was so good with him. They had a cute personalized first haircut package too. Our little guy loved driving the airplane and of course his lollipop! As well as getting to pick a prize from the chest. We will most definitely be coming here again.

Pricing is good foe the experience. I’ve taken the kids to my stylist at times and maybe have gotten a better cut overall (mainly because my daughter’s hair is unnaturally thick), but they didn’t enjoy it as much. They also have some decent toys at good prices so it’s easier to let them pick something.

We have been coming here for kids haircuts for a year now. The stylists are great with the kids, the play room is clean and well kept, and they get you in and out quickly. We recently got our daughters ears pierced as a birthday present here as well and they did an excellent job! Haircut

Great place for kids Haircuts! They have a play room to wait and have magnet toys for kids to play with while getting haircut. Savana is so great with my toddler son and very patient even when he is being difficult. She always does a great job. Also appreciate that they care about COVID-19. They wear masks and ask you to use hand sanitizer when you arrive. Highly recommend Pigtails and Crewcuts.
