My son has a lot of sensory issues and we have tried to take him for a haircut in the past but have never been successful because he would cry and we would have to leave but this past Saturday we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Stacie (not sure if that is how she spells her name, sorry!)! We went around 3 pm and the shop was quiet and calm. She was patient and went slowly and my son seemed to not mind the haircut at all. While this place is a little pricey and far from our home I will definitely be bringing my son back again. Thank you Stacie for such a good first haircut experience:))

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and chose the princess party. She and her friends had the best time dressing up in princess dresses (all supplied and in excellent condition), decorating picture frames, and being pampered by the sweet young girls working the party! They each got fairy hair and nails painted along with a princess crown and then all modeled their princess glam for a picture that was then printed and sent home in their bedazzled frames!!! I got many texts from mom friends the next day telling me that their daughters said it was the best party they have ever been to!!! My daughter sure thought it was!!! The staff were all professional, friendly and great with the girls. If you aren’t sure what to do for your daughters birthday party this is the answer…they have parties for older kiddos as well, spa style and diva I believe. I have a feeling I know what we will be doing next year lol.

I have been coming to pigtails and crew cuts for years – even when we lived in Plano – my boys started when they were in kindergarten and they are now 12 I made two appt today for twins and got stuck in traffic. I called and let them know I was seven minutes away and the person I spoke with said it was fine. We walked in and a staff of three was just sitting around and told me to they could only do one cut bc “they had other appointments.” We won’t ever be back.

We LOVE Pigtails and Crewcuts! We have been going to this location for years (since they opened). The staff is always so nice and we always have a great experience. We have two sons that are both Autistic and have Sensory challenges. We always book with Stephane and they now know her well and she’s always so patient with them and they get a great haircut. We moved to Dripping Springs a few years ago and we still drive to Bee Cave so my boys can see Stephane. We won’t take them anywhere else. We also brought our 2 year old daughter in to get her hair styled for her 2nd birthday and another stylist was available that day and was also very nice and patient. When she needs a haircut in the future this is where we will bring her. 🙂
