It’s all new staff and management – my sons haircut went great ! Shakira was amazing ! So patient and did a fabulous job , we have Christmas family pictures and I’m so pleased with it. I spoke a bit with Kori – he was very nice and I saw him do a great cut. He was sanitizing toys when we were there which was nice. I saw a cut Stephanie did – that looked great too. Friendly staff. It’s all new staff and management – my sons haircut went great ! Shakira was amazing ! So patient and did a fabulous job , we have Christmas family pictures and I’m so pleased with it. Shakira cut my son’s hair today and has the patience of a saint. He would not stop moving but she managed to get a great cut. We’ve seen Heather and Kori before as well and they’re both absolutely amazing as well. They all have smiles on their faces and the calmest demeanor. I’m really pleased with every detail at this place. Thanks so much especially to Shakira today for her help and flexibility.

Shakira gave my son his first hair cut. She was very patient with me. I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to cut off my son yet, and she would cut small amounts until I was comfortable. My boy sure did move a lot but I couldn’t ask for a more even cut on him. She did a great job. I’m thankful for her patience. She let me take all the photos I wanted during the cut and that meant a lot! We will be returning

I’ll just let the photo speak for itself. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because they’ve done well in the past. I actually rebooked with Megan because I thought she did a great job on his hair before. But this time she nicked his ear and created this choppy mess in my sons hair a week before our wedding. I asked the other girl working there before we even left that day if we could come back in the next day and have it fixed because obviously he wasn’t going to sit still anymore that day after she cut his ear. She said she would call me as soon as she was done with her current appointment and we would schedule something. Never called. I had to call them back the next day to see if someone else could fix it, and they would only schedule me with the same girl.

I would recommend Ms Heather. She gets 10/10 stars plus 2 thumbs up in my book. Just before my child’s appointment he consumed an above average amount of chocolate from his Christmas stocking, without my permission. Therefore he was extremely hyper during his appointment. I was quite worried he would be too much for her to handle but I was wrong; it shows she has experience. She did a fabulous job with his cut. I really loved how she allows your child to be included in the cutting process. More importantly, she listens to what the parent wants. We will definitely return for his next cut. Thanks Ms Heather.

Ms. Stephanie was amazing. Our first haircut was at a barber shop and it was a disaster for multiple reasons. This time went 1000 times better, he barely even fussed! Hair cut looks great, no tears, happy kid and happy mom. We will definitely be back and requesting Ms. Stephanie!
