The most professional place to get pierced! The girls are so kind & sweet. They truly care that you are there. They make sure they use all the clean steps to stay sanitary, I’ve now had 9 different piercings from them and no problems! My ears are normally so sensitive too, and no issues at all. They also have super nice solution that I swear by! Plus, they actually have cute earrings to pierce with & buy after. Seriously 10/10 recommend!

Hands down the best piercing studio! I won’t go anywhere else to get my ears or my daughters ears pierced. Their shop is so cute and clean. All the girls are so friendly but also professional. I actually have really sensitive skin and I always get a bad reaction to piercings/jewelry. This is the only place that I’ve been to for a piercing and not had a bad reaction to it. I’ve also bought replacement earrings that I leave in 24 7 and my ears are completely fine!

We loved coming to Pierced by MAC! We live in California and I wanted to find somewhere to get my daughter’s ears pierced that would make her feel special and beautiful! She felt exactly that way the moment we walked in the door. The girls were so kind and double checked her markings numerous times to ensure they were even and exactly what I wanted. Mal was the sweetest and so kind to come out to help with my daughter’s piercing so it could be done at the same time. The studio was a cute and classy environment. It was clean and they sanitized the whole area before we sat down and immediately after. I also got three piercings and they offered styling suggestions and placement. I would recommend Pierced by MAC to everyone. It was exactly what I imagined for my daughter’s first piercing experience. Thank you Mal!

I took my four year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for her birthday! She was so nervous but they did a great job of helping her feel calm & comfortable. They had a piercer on each ear and did both at the same time, which was brilliant so she didn’t have to go through it twice! They have an amazing selection of earrings and the cutest nicest girls that work there!

Beware of these girls! They use a piercing gun for cartilage piercings which is SO dangerous. I had to remove my piercing weeks after because it wasn’t healing right. I now know that only hollow needle piercings should be performed on cartilage, but really any piercing is going to be more accurate when a hollow needle is used. Also, make extra sure the person who pierced you is insured and cleared by the health department. Do your research!

I honestly wish I could go back in time because I really regret getting pierced here. I specifically chose a piercing studio because I assumed that meant they used hollow needles to pierce, but no they use guns. I got my second lobe piercings done over 5 months ago and they still have not healed, despite taking meticulous care of them and using the advanced healing spray they sold me for an extra $20. I’m only giving two stars because one ear immediately got infected after piercing, and they at least let me come back in to get the post swapped out for a longer ones because my ear was so swollen. But even then, they used a gun AGAIN to put the longer stud through, causing more trauma to my ear. The girl that originally pierced me was so obviously new and still training. She seemed so nervous and unsure of herself and they really should not have charged me full price when she was the one doing the piercing. They also pierced my seconds way too close to my firsts, despite me bringing in some of my larger jewelry and showing them I needed a little more spacing. When she showed the other employee where she drew the dot, the other employee told her to go more up and back than where she drew the dot, which I agreed with. But then when she pierced it, she did it right on the dot, which was the exact thing she was not supposed to do. Unfortunately I was so overwhelmed at this point, I just paid and left, but to this day, I regret everything and wish I would have never gone to this place.
