I had surgery with Dr. Freeman in March. It was a nice experience from start to finish. All of the staff here are great and no question is too dumb. I also got excellent post-op care and never felt ignored or disregarded. They were always able to get me in same day if I felt something needed looked at or had a question. Now that I’m finally healed up I can honestly say I love my results! I feel better at 40 than I did at 20!

Had breast implants placed by Dr. Freeman. He was professional and attentive during my consultation. Came out of surgery and was told they put bigger implants in than I asked for. Had several issues following the surgery, mainly over dissection of the pocket (causes the implant to move around my chest). Dr Freeman refused acknowledge his mistake in the implant size and wouldn’t take my calls to discuss fixing my implant sliding on my chest. Staff is friendly but find a more competent surgeon.

This was my first visit to establish care. The office is beautiful! The check in process felt extremely rushed and I felt like an inconvenience to the front desk staff. The process was very robotic and I truly can’t recollect seeing a smile on anyone’s face. The front area is extremely open and I would just advise front desk staff to maybe be mindful of things they say, because we can hear it all! The rest of my visit was WONDERFUL. PA Lauren and her CMA Morgan were extremely kind. They collected my information accurately and provided good education for the issues I brought forward. I am so glad I found this practice and Lauren. I would certainly recommend this practice to others I know seeking dermatological care in the Lake Norman area.

Dr. Mu was recommended by my dermatologist and this was my first visit. From scheduling the apt to the actual procedure everyone I came in contact with was engaging, welcoming and so professional. Dr. Mu and her nursing assistants were exceptional! They explained the procedure before starting and made me feel so comfortable. What I really appreciated was the time they spent with me and answering any questions or concerns that I had. It is rare to find a Dr. that is so genuine and really cares for you as a person and not just another patient. I would highly recommend her and her practice!

Our visit was quick and thorough. I am extremely pleased with how knowledgeable our Dermatologist was as well as her medical assistant.
