Treated myself to a massage and 1hr sauna for my birthday. If I could’ve stayed all day I would’ve. Atmosphere was so relaxing and calming music, the masseur put the the right amount of pressure on my body and joints. Owner was super friendly, great set up and products. Will definitely be returning for stress releaser for sure, can’t say enough about them.

I won’t be going to any other spa while I live in this area. Every massage I have had from here has been well done. The prices are very fair. The vibe is very relaxing and warm. They have a infrared sauna and a salt chamber too. The owner Renate, is involved in the healing community and her recommendations to me and my friends are been spot on! So grateful to have found this place! I’ve had many massages, all around the world, and Kerry is one of the best masseuse’s I’ve ever had. I scheduled a lymphatic massage, and was reluctant because of a not so pleasant experience during my last lymphatic massage; however, Kerry was gentle and knowledgeable. She informed me how to properly breathe (belly breaths vs. chest breathing) and how to give myself a lymphatic massage at home. She even took the time to write and draw instructions for me to properly give myself a lymphatic massage. The entire staff is super friendly and caring and the facility is clean and cozy. I highly recommend and will be back each month with Kerry. I should mention they have a plethora of other services that I would love to try. You won’t be disappointed with Piedmont Massage in Virginia!

This is by far the best spa I have ever been to. In January, I booked a sauna, 90-minute massage, and facial and was blown away by the services at Piedmont. The sauna is a full hour experience, the masseuses give you the full 90 minutes on the table, and the facial was another full 50 minutes, catered to my skin. Had an appt set for my wife at 3 on Saturday, they call me at 4:15 on Friday afternoon having to cancel “we can reschedule for the middle of the week”. So end of the day on a Friday, less than 24 hour notice (their policy is if it’s within 24 hours YOU have to pay them 50%) they leave me scrambling to find somewhere else for her to go. FANTASTIC first impression, no awareness that it was scheduled for a Saturday because we work during the week or even offer of a small discount to reschedule the next weekend for the inconvenience and extremely late notice. I would recommend revising your cancelation policy if you aren’t going to care at all when you do it to your customers.

Don’t know who this Chase person is ( below review) but they have to be one of the most selfish inconsiderate customers in the world. This person Chase is mad because an employee got Covid and this company cancelled some appointments. It happens. COVID don’t give 24 hour notice. This is a great place to go to. They care about their customers and put their safety above profits or anything else. Everytime I go there everyone is friendly and professional.
