My locs won’t unravel but the frizziness looked so bad it looked like I needed to make an appointment verses just leaving a salon. Some frizziness is expected but my hair looked like it had been unkept for 5mos. Doubled the quoted price at the end. No problem paying just expected to be told early on. She said she didn’t have the gel needed to make it look better. She should have never started if she didn’t have everything needed to complete the look. She refused to respond to my texts to remedy the situation. Own your mistakes and stand behind your work. Clearly her typical method of products weren’t for my hair. Went from dry looking to frizz city when she attempted to fix dryness. I spoke up, but no apology and no offer to have me return. Used her for braiding in the past but never again!
