Nicole DiFilippo is an excellent electrologist! Nicole’s careful, attentive, and professional electrolysis treatment process is effective and produces wonderful results! I am very pleased with the permanent results on my face. She is especially caring, friendly, and welcoming to members of the transgender community among other clients. I have found the electrolysys technicians to be superb at Picone Spa. I have been under their care for several years for infrequent facial hair removal sessions and have been very pleased with the results. At times i even napped through sessions. Nicole has recently completed the electrolysis of my upper lip and I am very pleased & happy with the smoothness of the skin. Nicole is highly skilled in electrolysis, and is professional, punctual and caring. I am planning on continuing to use their services because their electrolysis technique is unique for permanent hair removal in the area.

I was there on August 4th for electrolysis with Nicole was hoping for the the same pleasant experience I had with Sarah. It was not even close. First she was late then she put on the numbing cream but did not wait for it to work so the process was very painful and my face was scabbed up like crazy. Waited a week to go outside. I’m going to try again somewhere else to compare processes

She is highly intuitive and was able to detect where I needed healing the most. My session with her left me feeling relaxed and at peace. Honestly the most relaxing thing I’ve ever done. I can’t remember what the wonderful woman’s name was, but her initials were C.S and the facial was AMAZING. I’ve never gotten one before but she was very patient and explained everything she would be doing before I layed down. 11/10. The interior is also really cute and relaxing.
