The worst place in picayune for nails. My new $45 set with gel polish looked terrible. Thick and uneven, the nail bed wasn’t even fully covered with acrylic or polish to hide it. They lifted quickly from lack of sanding as well so they came off quickly. Never again.

Never ever gets nails done here without asking price for everything you get done 45$ acrylic $5 soak off( I did it my self there ) 45 pedi $5 to replace 1 nail and then big kicker $25 for rhinestones… and I got a friends nails and pedi for birthday total cost for both $240 ($50 rhinestones) I paid for every rhinestones they have in that shop… everyone should get them free now! Shame on this place for taking advantage of people

Nail stations are filthy. No one cleans anything here. The woman who waited on me was extremely rude. Talked to me like I was stupid the whole time I was getting my nails taken off. I will never go here again for anything.

This is the worst nail shop I have ever visited in life! I walked in to be automatically characterized because I was looking bummy. I had my daughter a 10 year old with me.. I asked for an adult pedicure and a kid’s pedicure. The lady told me my daughter was too large for the pedicure chair and proceeded to say rude things after I asked more about services. I was immediately stereotyped for looking “broke” and I automatically felt disrespected. After I called to speak to the owner the lady of Caucasian descent told me that the owner was busy. In conclusion, nothing was done about me being characterized by the caucasion lady. She started mentioning prices as if I had asked for any. Clearly if I’m coming into a nail shop.. I have money ! Very awful

I went today to get a pedicure and when I walked in there wasn’t but 2 paying customers One getting a pedicure the other nails. Sat down and put my feet in the water thinking it wasn’t going to take much longer. Kept sitting there for an hour then turned into an hour and a half. I had to take my feet out of the water because I was sitting there so long. I got there 2 and a half hours before my doctors appointment which it only takes 10 minutes to get there from the salon. Had to call the drs office to let them know I was going to be 10 minutes late at the least and had to reschedule my appointment that has been scheduled for 3 months because I was in the salon for so long. And still had to pay $45 for the ultimate pedicure that took the lady 15 minutes to do. I am very disappointed in the service today and will not be back anytime soon. I understand that if someone is paying you for a service that you want to do the best you are capable of but for me to have to wait that amount of time for the lady to finish and only spend the time she did on mine that was the same thing and cost the same is terrible service.

Critical: QualityPaid 40$ for acrylic nails and left with nail polish and acrylic on my fingers and almost all my cuticles bleeding and then just for them to start breaking off not even 2 whole days after. I was so disappointed. They didn’t even look good.

Excellent experience. I had my company Christmas party that evening, and didn’t show up till 1pm and was out by 3pm. Full set and pedicure with gel polish. Beautiful!
