Critical: Punctuality, QualityI used to love this place. It’s tucked away and they always played soft classical music. It was super relaxing. I hadn’t been back in a couple months and returned to find what I believe is new management. The music was very loud and not calming. My pedicure was great, but my nails were not unfortunately. One nail bed was bleeding and as you can see in the photo, the paint job is not good. A section of my first finger isn’t even painted. I used to love this place. It’s tucked away and they always played soft classical music. It was super relaxing. I hadn’t been back in a couple months and returned to find what I believe is new management. The music was very loud and not calming. My pedicure was great, but my nails were not unfortunately. Don’t bother making an appointment. No point because apparently when you make one it doesn’t matter. I made an appointment @6 for a mani and pedi and they decided to take a girl in and I left because I was just sitting in a chair and it was already 6:25. I said I’ll come back tomorrow. I come back @3:40. They have the audacity to tell me that they have an appointment @4 can I come back. But yet they couldn’t give me that same courtesy for my appointment @6? No. Never coming back. She does good work but there is no structure when it comes to appointments.

Update: Last time I went in to Picasso there were new owners and new manicurists. The service was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit. A young man, Wei did my service – I would request him again. Old review: I have been going to picasso for several years. They do a great job on my pedicures. Waits not long but best to call ahead if possible. Always clean, friendly and they give you a cold bottle of water every visit!

Came here for the first time and wow was I impressed! This place is a hidden gem. The staff is extremely friendly. Annie did my nails, she really took her time to make sure the shape and design were perfect (even asking along the way multiple times to make sure I was satisfied) and it came out better than I could’ve expected. Im so happy I finally found my go to nail place! I will definitely be back.

Beautifully decorated and very clean facilities! The staff were all friendly and well spoken. Great selection of polishes, gel polish, and acrylics. I got the deluxe spa pedicure for only $31 and it included the callus treatment, hot stone massage, and a paraffin treatment!! Great Deal!!! I will definitely be returning!!
