To start, I never leave reviews, but I can’t help myself after having such a bad experience. My friend and I typically go to Picasso to get our nails done for events, but let me say they’re never anything great. This time, my friend and I went in to get our nails done for graduation. When we went in they were quite busy and we had to wait a while, which is fine, but the person who started on my nails was the receptionist who kept having to get up and take care of guests as they came in. Eventually someone else took over, but they were rushed and our nails turned out uneven overall in texture, length, and design. I called to request a refund and the man said I needed to come in and get them taken off, so that’s what we tried to do. However, the men in there who were talking with us refused to take them off or refund us and kept insisting that they could fix them when they were beyond repair. Other guests in the salon were glaring at them and telling us they were sorry for how terribly the situation was being handled. The man went as far as to tell me I was being difficult. I will not be going back and if you like your money and good nails you shouldn’t either.

Love my nails so much!! Have gotten many compliments and will definitely be back. I’ve never gotten acrylics before and wasn’t sure what I wanted, but they really helped me figure out the best nail shape for my hands. Super busy on the weekends, but they did a really good job of accommodating everybody.

I have been here twice since it opened. They have the largest variety of colors, especially in shellac. My nail tech was amazing … my pedicure (not shellac) is still amazing and it’s been a couple of weeks. I plan to make this my new place. Absolutely more than happy with everything. Everyone is friendly and do great work.

Got gel nails and it was great! The lady who did my nails, should’ve gotten her name, was so sweet. My nails needed lots of cleaning and she did a very thorough job in cleaning up my nails and cuticles. I’m very happy with how my nails came out and extremely pleased with the price!!!

I had such a great experience. Relaxing pedicure and nexgen with tips. It has been 3 weeks and my nails are still perfectly intact. I am very rough on my nails usually and they break at about 2 weeks. I’m very impressed and will be going back to get new ones soon!
