I have been there few times. they are really bad at booking appointment, timing, and giving price. I went here for hair laser removal The lady by name “Merry” sold me high price packet. . It was included two legs and bikini area. Each time i made an appointment an I got off from work and drive long to the place, she pretended that she doesn’t recognized me and told me she doesn’t have time to finishing all area. she never been on time and so rude to me. last time I made an appointment and spend $60 for buying numming cream but she told me the laser machine doesn’t work, and they will call me back. she doesn’t respect people’s time, Stay away from Mery. I won’t recommend this place to any one.

Dont go here for guaranteed results for laser hair. They may promise it to you, but it won’t happen. Got laser and it didnt work. They were transitioning getting a new machince and I was there dummy for everthing it seemed. Claimed i hadan allergic reaction at one point… Which in the end wasn’t true and messed up everything else for future treatments. They promised two more treatments with their new machince since I had already had two. If not more with a call back and they never called me. Called them and rescheduled at the 2 treatments (cause it didn’t work) a year later and now theyre saying they never said that, cancelled my appointment claiming i didnt follow protocols… Which I always did EXACTLY what they told me cause I wanted it to work after spending that much time and money. Not too happy about it. Arm pits and entire Brazilian area exactly the same. Spoty in my lower legs. Pretty much my theory is they never did the right settings for my skin and hair after the “allergic reaction” diagnosis by their DOCTOR. This also isn’t the first time they claimed something not true. They tried charging my parents more and did on one occasion for all prepaid treatments. They arent organized and claim that you’re a liar on their mistakes.
