Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI stumbled upon this shop because my regular barber was booked and I needed a cut BAD.Will was great about asking questions to firming what I wanted. He was patient in cutting my hair. And actually did a great job and put a Phresh part in my fade. I appreciate his professionalism. I was very skeptical but stayed after reading the sign “The Craft” that was very well written, by the way. I felt it displayed the shops’ work ethic in a positive way. I’ve been bringing my boys here for 3 years now and they ALWAYS do a great job. Dutch is patient and kind and his customer service is impeccable! Gotta give it to the owner Will. He truly came thru for me. He had closed and locked the shop and as I pulled up I said hey you close he said yeah. And ask me what type of a cut I was getting and I told him and with no hesitation he reopened his shop turned on all the lights and cut me. On the day of the appointment, I was asked by Will 1hr before my original appointment time if I could come at 10am.
