The salon staff are some of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. The salon itself is lovely and always very neat. I consider it the best salon in town by far. My stylist is Julie Faulkenberry and she is very professional and up to date on the latest trends. She not only does a super job of coloring and cutting my hair but she is diligent in helping to maintain my hair’s health.

I’ve been into Phoumala T several times but my visit to the salon on Tuesday afternoon got me the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I had recently bleached my hair and just needed a routine trim job to get rid of the damaged ends. While Staci got rid of the damaged ends she did so in a way that I imagine a toddler with a pair of scissors would…my bangs were uneven, cut blunt, and she just completely missed several areas of my bangs leaving me with a couple places where my hair was up to an inch longer than the rest. I left the salon unaware of these problems since we both decided that there was no point to fully blow drying my hair and damaging it more with heat. Boy was I surprised when I went to fix my hair for work!
