The experience was TERRIBLE! If you have course curls, loose curls, or have a black or African American background they do NOT know how to cut our hair properly AT ALL. On top of that they charge $2 extra just for shaping up our hair types. As an ethnic ran business I expected better results and better service. The only man there that happened to be the one who cut my hair did not care to hear my advice and actually took the time to mess up my entire hairline and gave me the worst hair cut I have ever received. Once again, do NOT use their services if you have a unique hair type as a black individual.

This is definitely the place to go ! I live in Surprise and was only in flagstaff for my nephews birthday and my sister has a friend that works at Great Clips and swore to me that she is the best. It was the worse haircut my 18 month old son has had.

I do not recommend this place for children. The owners do not enjoy children. Unprofessional, I accidentally tipped 5 cents to Felipe but I meat to do $5 for my son haircut and he was extremely rude and gave me the 5 cents back saying “I do not want this. You can have it back” at the time I didn’t understand what was it about so I asked what was going on then I tried again and gave him $5 tip. When we were in the car outside their shop my 9 year old said that he was holding his head very hard and asked him not to move. My son said he was trying to stay still but Felipe kept saying “really?” And holding his head very hard and it hurt really bad he almost cried in the car. Very unprofessional just look at the responses from the owner on other people leaving a bad review. Also, I know that if another good hairdresser leaves their business and a customer ask for that specific hairdresser they will just say “oh he is not in today” but they don’t let the customer know that he doesn’t work there anymore.

I didnt catch the name of the woman who cut my hair, but she did an Excellent job. That was the 1st time I’ve had my haircut by Anyone else than my former barber of 10 years. I had 2 ppl in front of me and the wait time was approximately 25 minutes. Great price and service, clean shop. Would highly recommend. Thank you mam.

I sweat this Barber shop is ALWAYS CLOSED. Are you okay? It’s a loss of a lot of business for you. I could understand if it was their normal hours and they were closed but they don’t even follow that. So the real question is when are you open for real? Please put up to date times on the door and/or website.
