CHECK YELP FOR REVIEWS (this salon pays customers $20 for reviews so dont trust) If i could give zero i would. First, i spent around $250 for “highlights” (baby highlights), glaze, cut and blow dry. My hair orginally was down to my lower back i spent 2 years growing my hair. When i called, i explained to the lady on the phone, ive had terrible experiences with my hair and i want the BEST person to do my hair. The lady said ok, were all good at highlights. When i got there, it was an older lady (same lady i spoke to on the phone) and I explained to her again, what i wanted and to keep my hair long just cut the dead ends off. She completely ignored everything i wanted and this is what i was left with. Uneven color, brassy hair, not even sure if my hair is even or not, my baby hairs are dyed and brittle and my hair length… i cant even do a low bun. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I told the lady this is my mommy makeover, i even explained im experiencing post partum hair loss and i trusted her since she said shes been doing hair for 20 years. I wouldnt recommend this salon AT ALL. Now i have to pay more to fix my hair. Worst experience. Her name was elvi if youre wondering. Do not go here for highlights. Oh, and you get $20 discount to post reviews on yelp and other social media sites, so dont even trust the “good reviews”. I asked to speak to the owner in regards to getting a refund for the damage done to my hair, raymond (owner) refuses to give me my refund even tho he AGREED what was done to my hair was not to his “salon quality “. WORST PLACE TO GO TO AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (raymond’s colorist hung up the phone on me 3 times when I politely asked her about coming in to speak to him). Raymond doesn’t care about reviews or if youre hair is damaged by his salon and rather keep your money and leave you with damaged hair and poor reviews. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR. YOU WILL REGRET IT. please read scroll thru all reviews, there’s multiple women who said this salon cut all their hair off and left with damaged hair. I wish i never step foot into this salon.

I had the BEST experience with Elvi today! Not only is she a talented stylist, but she is personable and knowledgeable. We chatted about what I wanted done for a few minutes and then she got to work. Her youthful spirit and genuine nature made my whole day. PLUS I LOVE my hair. I wanted something bright and refreshing but also natural for my wedding. Elvi gave me exactly that. The salon is clean and chic. I will be making the trip from philly to come to see her!

Donot consider buying their groupons, it is a complete scam, they will ask you to pay full price and tell you 10 different reasons why they can’t accept a Groupon. My stylist was tony and I did verify if they will accept the groupon i have while booking the appointment and they said yes but declined during payment and asked for full price. Very disappointed with the lack of basic business moral. Never going back again !!!

I went there to get blonde hightlights with a layered cut. I walked out of there with highlights that were half way blonde, I asked for a full head and was only given the top of my head. My cut was a razor cut which i did not want. The stylist (Shelly)added a Glaze to my hair and did not advise if the cost before appliying it. She blowed dryed my hair and left it with lots of flyaways I walked out of there with a heart ache but I had no choice but to leave as I had an event to go to. I called the manager when I arrived at my home and explained what happened. I asked him if it was possible to send him pictures. He completely dismissed my concerns and proceeded to tell me that he was not going to give me his or his stylist phone number and hung up the phone. I have not received a phone call since then. I will never go there again. The first picture is my hair after getting the cut. The second picture is what showed the stylist to go by .
