Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHidden gem! I called this place on a whim because I unexpectedly got the afternoon off of work. I was able to get an appt and my expectations were exceeded. They were all very kind, and my stylist listened to what I had to say and went above and beyond to talk with me throughout the process. Hidden gem! I called this place on a whim because I unexpectedly got the afternoon off of work. I was able to get an appt and my expectations were exceeded. They were all very kind, and my stylist listened to what I had to say and went above and beyond to talk with me throughout the process. I didn’t feel rushed an I got the result I was anticipating. Owners Missy and Liz are both great stylists and have the talent to listen to what you want and cut accordingly. I also go to Liz for pedicures and she’s very good. Their prices are more reasonable than most places in town, and they go out of their way to get you in when you want to come. I’ve been going to Phoenix for many years, since when it had a different name. Owners Missy and Liz are both great stylists and have the talent to listen to what you want and cut accordingly. I also go to Liz for pedicures and she’s very good. Their prices are more reasonable than most places in town, and they go out of their way to get you in when you want to come.
