Critical: ValueOk the owner of the place was nice but I get there by 10:55 am didn’t leave until 2:33 pm first let start there. I went for a full set and my feet done. Now the lady who did my feet was good but the man who did my nail was horrible. You can tell if was his first time it took him 2 hr and 30 min to do my nail. They aren’t good at all pictures are coming soon. Now the owner should have stop and had someone else to help do my nail when she send how long I was sitting there. Then she look at my hand and said oh he did a good job they look better then mine. I still paid $65 and left oh on top of that she give a card and going stay if anything happen to your nail before seven days I come back to get it fix for free. As much as i wanted to like this place, i didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, the people that work there are very nice, but my nails came out bad. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePhoenix is now my new nail salon. The owner is very clear without being pushy, helpful in making your own decisions. I never feel pressured to, “Buy up.”Cynthia did my toe nails and she made my feet look so pretty (and I have problem feet!)
