I’ve been here twice. The first time my nails looked chunky and thick which I specifically asked for thin dip. The second time I gave them another chance against my better judgment. I told the lady she could freestyle design my nails. It started out good and then another Caucasian client came in and requested her and she drew squiggly lines on my nails to rush the job done. I ended up leaving with nails that looked like the picture below. She rushed my nails and then had the nerve to try and convince me they looked good. You be the judge. I also overheard one of the males continuing to mention the price of another black woman’s pedicure over and over as if she didn’t have the money to pay. Yeah… not going back.

The nail tech did a great job on my pedicure. One of the best I’ve ever had. But, I got dip nails and it was done horribly. A nail started chipping a few hours after I left. Had to go back the next day and they fixed it. A few hours later it chipped again. Eventually all my nails started to do the same thing. Very pricey to have that happen so quickly.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. I am nice, I NEVER complain, and I tip big! They do a great job. However, the color I got yesterday is way too bright. It looked ok inside, but in natural light, I didn’t like it. I went back in today, 24 hours later, and was told it’s $30 to change it! Its only $15 to add it so I expected like a $20 charge, even though honestly, if it’s within 24hrs, you should just do it. Anyhow, its dang near as much as the full service. Was it really worth losing a regular over $10?? Its not going to hurt your business, I know, but it’s just wrong.

I brought my two daughters in today. One daughter was for her formal dance and she wanted her nails done. She was to afraid on confrontation while there but her nail tech left a large cut on one finger and multiple little cuts on the rest of her fingers. She showed me as soon as we got home. Just in a rush and being careless. I’ll keep an eye out for infections on her fingers. We will not be returning for future services.

There was 5 in my party. 4 of the 5 were getting gel pedis and 3 of the 5 got gel manis. I had acrylics put on. I requested a regular pedicure at $35 + $15 for the gel. $50 for a pedi that didn’t include removing cuticles or dead skin from my feet. I was told the pedi that includes that is $20 more. Shame on this salon. Talk about nickel and diming the customer. So, now she lost 5 customers. She’s apparently not a very bright business owner. We will never go back to that salon.

Very convenient but had the same nail break and they fixed it 3 times. It was still broken every time I left and it was never replaced with a tip or unbroken nail. Charged me 2 times for the same nail and the 3rd time had to ask for the repair to be free. Now it broke a 4th time finally completely off not chipped.Seems to not do work that last too long. Very kind people!

This is the first time I came to this nails salon. It is so beautiful and clean. The staffs are very friendly and nice. My nail tech is so awesome. Her name is Kim. She did a really really good job. She is gentle, careful and patient with me. I will be back and ask for her again.
