Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLet me just start by saying I NEVER leave reviews no matter how bad the service, but today was the last straw for me after giving this place many chances. My family and I have been coming here for 6 years and I can definitely say we won’t be returning. I was charged extra for the nail tech to literally RIP off my old acrylics rather than soaking them the proper way. She used a plastic tip to dig underneath and rip them off my real nail. I don’t mind being charged for removal as long as they are removed the CORRECT way. When I saw how she was doing it, I did not think she was going to charge me because the removal technique was so lazy and aggressive on my nail bed. Every other nail salon that has removed my acrylics has always soaked them in foil first. My pinky nail was bleeding when I came in as a result of the previous acrylics they had put on. When I asked to soak it in hot water before applying any tools I was simply told no. I tried to express what I felt was wrong at the register with my nail tech but she was not willing to listen to me and kept speaking over me to her boss. I was very calm and straight away she raised her voice and spoke very rudely to me for telling her that she didnt soak my nails the proper way. They are constantly very unprofessional and I have given them MANY chances (like I said I’ve been coming here for 6 years). I also believe they have a serious sanitation issue because my mom and sister were both given nail infections as a result of their pedicures. I referred many of my friends and family here to bring them new customers, and I deeply regret that and will now be steering them far away from this place. Anna is one of their only employees who is kind to customers and is very good at her job (and the younger guy who’s name I do not know unfortunately). If you do choose to spend your money here, I would only trust Anna with your nails. The rest of them are beyond unprofessional, especially the owner. Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi asked for french tips and they are DEFINITELY not french tips. more of an ombré and they are bumpy and crooked. when the lady was filing my nails she was also filing my skin. when i left my fingers were raw. and for the price it is not worth it at all. so unprofessional. never going back
