I reserved an appointment online. Got dip for the first time. They guided me to choose my nails and got me in and out in less than an hour. I love my nails they are so awesome. The purple sparkle dip is smooth, even, and shoot beams of tiny light when bright light hits it at an angle. Also, it was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere inside so I felt very comfortable. I get many compliments at work!

This is a nice salon. Very clean with a lot of space so even when there are several other people, you’re not on top of each other. Very nice staff. This is definitely a good place for basic mani/pedi’s. I came with my husband for a pedicure. He usually comes here, it was my first time, and I’d definitely return. My tech did make me bleed a little when she was trying to pick off the dead skin, but other than that, I have no complaints. Weekends and weekdays after 5 tend to be busy, but they do a good job, so it’s worth the wait.

I have been going to this nail salon since I was a teenager and now am in my late 30’s. I moved out of the area for 12 years and went back yesterday to get my nails done. They remembered me from years ago. Sarah did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and most importantly paid attention to details very well. I was very happy with the customer service, and how my nails turned out. The staff is very friendly, and they try to get everyone worked in, in a timely manner. I have never had a issue at this salon and highly recommend Phonix nails. My favorite nail salon ever. Thank you guys for the amazing job you have always done on my nails

If anyone has questions about this place, these are my nails 3 weeks after Tasha did an amazing job with dipping powder. Do not hesitate to go to this place. I tried with different girls in this nail salon and they did a very amazing job but Tasha was my favorite. Once it was a new technician doing my nails and there was the guy who is doing the checking-in, checking the technician’s job to be sure that she was doing it right and she did an amazing job. I love that they care about the customer and looking always to please them.

I have been here a couple of times and am always happy with the service and the environment is so nice too! My nail tech was Tiffany this time, she is my favorite that I have had thus far! Her attention to detail was incredible and I absolutely LOVE how my nails turned out. Have also gotten my eyebrows done here several times as well as a gel pedicure and been very satisfied with those experiences as well.

We got pedicures! We had an appointment for 1030, but I don’t think we even started until 11. Not great, but just remember then maybe don’t be in a rush to get done when you come. The technicians were great, the environment is nice, mostly quiet (even though there was a zillion people there!) and I would say really affordable…the pedicure I got is gel polish, with leg scrubs and rubs and hot towels and parafin wax! All that for $55!

The worst manicure I have ever had! I could have done a better job with my eyes closed. Several layers of nail polish were sloppily applied to my nails which turned out lumpy and hideous. I was then told it would be repaired. I sat back down and 5 of my nails were redone and looked just as bad as the original. What a waste of time and money. My daughter had gel nail polish that peeled off the same night. Some of her nails had 1 very thin layer of polish and some had 2 -3 layers, a very noticeable difference. They were busy, and it showed in the horrible manicures we received. Their motto must be quantity over quality. Would NEVER use this salon again, even if it were free!!!
