Came here last week for a full set. Very disappointed. The lady worked on me claimed she’s used to be an owner at another salon but for what I’ve seen of her, she knows nothing about customer service. She’s terrible. She spoke in her language with other tech almost the entire time she worked on my nails. Not sure if she’s taking about me. This make me feel very uncomfortable. Worse of all, after she finished, she stood up and try to get rid of the dirt of her clothes by shaking them off right there in front of me. All the dust and dirty flew off every where, on me and other customers around me. That was a bad habbit and she needs to learn more about customer service and behave better. I spend money to relax and to beautify my self but what with happened, I am wasting my money here. This is my last time. I blame this on the owner for not trainging their employees.

Great experience. This was my first time here since I just moved to the Houston area. I’ve been trying to find a salon with good service they did an excellent job I left feeling good about about my nails and toes. I didn’t have an appointment and was seated as soon as I walked in. They seemed friendly enough. I’ll definitely be back. I had the lavender manicure and pedicure combo which was $38 and I had to pay an extra $25 for gel polish which was outrageous to me but I just went with it. Overall I had a good experience.

Best nail salon in the area. Comfortable seating and clean as always. They update their colors and can do any shape for any style. Never dissatisfied. All the women there as reasonable and will listen to what you like. Money worth it. Their chrome nail selection is on point. I’m showing a total of my nails a whole month after! And they still look great. Never chipping or breaking. Love it!

Absolutely love this place!! Call ahead because they did seem to fill up fast! Great service wish they had more powder colors to pick from but the gel selection was amazing! The pedicure was beautiful as well! Great prices, amazing service definitely will be coming back to this place.

Bad, they used dirty pedicure water to clean their tools after they finished. That’s gross. Not sanitize at all. This is very unsanitary. This need to be stopped. I am reporting them to the stateboard.

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The lady just kept cutting and cutting with the nippers way too deep into my actual skin. Paint was lumpy and uneven. This place is also very dirty.

Such a clean salon! They have dividers to prevent the spread of Covid-19, pedicure was hands down one of the best I’ve ever gotten in Houston. I got solar powder and chose one of the designs that was offered, it’s been a week and they still look so good!

Experience here continues to decline. Overcharged $10 for nails that don’t match the color I picked out and the top coat was over applied which appears obvious. Never had dip nails look so messy. In the dark salon it wasn’t as noticeable. Once I left, yes I’m going back for it to be corrected.

Nail polish bubbled horribly. Not painting the nail fully. They did a better job on my daughters nails than they did mine. Honestly I came to spend a gift certificate if not I would not have came. Reviews matter
